Our Programs
At BK’s Gymnastics, we provide gymnastics programs for babies and toddlers, through to kinder, primary, and high school-aged kids.
The BK’s class structure will follow a two-week program based on a set of skill competencies relevant to each developmental milestone. We are not bound by School Terms. Each competency has been selected to establish a sound development of body mechanics allowing gymnasts to develop safely and correctly to progress to a more advanced class stream.
Our key programs are designed to create a fun learning pathway to help your child progress from a beginner, who’s figuring out how everything works, to an intermediate or advanced gymnast.
- Little Stars – 0 to 5 years; parent assisted
- Gym Fundamentals – 5 to 8 years
- Club Gym – 9 to 13+
- Ninja Stars – 5 to 10+ years
- All Star Academy
Programs are designed to educate, be engaging, and be fun and ensure correct techniques and basic to advanced body mechanics, in addition to developing essential physical and behavioural skills, and a life-long passion for sport and recreation.
BK’s Gymnastics programs are available through a weekly membership at one of our state-of-the-art centres.
Each program is aligned with the Recreational Gymnastics Australia education framework and is led by industry-trained teachers.
Gymnastics is the third most popular sport for kids under 12 (Ausplay, 2020), and offers many benefits:

Our Coaches
BK’s Gymnastics Coaches will teach gymnasts how to use their bodies to progress to more advanced levels. Each program includes a range of elements including strength, coordination, flexibility, mobility, support, balance.
