⏰ Time: Two sessions between:
- 12:30pm-1:15pm – Mini Stars & Kinder Stars (Ages 2 to 4 years old)
- 1:30pm-2:15pm – Gym FUNdamentals (Ages 5 to 7 years old) & Club Gym (Ages 8-12)
Our groups will include:
🎈 Mini Stars – 2-3 years (parent-assisted)
🌈 Kinder Stars – 4-5 years (preschool age)
💪 Gym Fundamentals 1 – 5-6 years
🏅 Gym Fundamentals 2 – 7-8 years
✨ Club Gym 8 – 12 years
Our session will be all about education, engagement, correct techniques, and developing body mechanics – all while having FUN! 🎉.
