A: Yes. In venues with shower facilities, shower(s) will be accessible when we open.  However, our preference is that use of these facilities is minimised where possible still. Please consider showering at home.

Q: Does BK’s offer any online programs?

A: Yes! We just launched ‘Home Fitness Network’. This online training program gives members the chance to continue to exercise from the comfort of their own home.

To assist our members and the entire community in remaining active and healthy during this time we’ve launched Home Fitness Network – an online training and nutrition platform.

BK’s members who are in lockdown, can access Home Fitness Network for FREE!  Email your BK’s venue for the link to receive free access (normally $5 per week).
